Dear Friends,

Spring has arrived here at the farm and the landscape is bursting back to life! The cherry blossoms are beginning to bloom, delicate pink petals unfurling with each passing day. Daffodils are scattered beautifully across the grounds, their golden faces beaming toward the sun, while vibrant yellow Forsythia branches stretch proudly toward the sky. It's such a joy to witness the return of color and energy after winter’s chill — though thankfully, this winter felt mercifully brief.

I've been busy preparing for the season ahead, and I'm nearly finished planting my flower bulbs. This year’s lineup includes lilies, alliums, gladiolus, tulips, forget-me-nots, and hollyhocks — a vibrant mix that I hope will paint the landscape with bursts of color throughout the coming months. On the vegetable front, I've already planted onions and garlic outdoors, and I've started beans, lettuce, and radishes indoors to give them a head start. Fortunately, the month is still young, which means there's plenty of time for more planting — and I’m eager to see how the garden evolves.

I'm especially excited to share some wonderful news: I'll be opening the farm this fall and actively booking a variety of memorable events. From wine tastings and glamping experiences to family-friendly storytelling nights and intimate date-night dinners, I’m curating experiences designed to bring people together in meaningful ways. I’ll also be hosting special dinners featuring guest chefs, where fresh ingredients and creative cuisine will take center stage. And that’s just the beginning!

My goal is to create a welcoming space that celebrates beauty, purpose, and creativity, a place where guests can unwind, connect, and make lasting memories. I can’t wait to share this special space with you, and I hope you’ll join me for one (or many!) of the upcoming events.

Wishing you a wonderful start to spring, and I look forward to seeing you soon!

Warm regards,

Denise M. Leon
